Email sending setup

Share emails (Send to the Café, email invites) send through the real info@saphyrecloud.com mailbox on Microsoft 365 — signed and authenticated, so they actually reach inboxes. The email itself wears the café's branding, with the café's name on it.

Status: No password yet — emails fall back to plain text from the web server (no café design).

The password is stored only on this server and used only to send Menu Studio emails. If Microsoft refuses the sign-in, “Authenticated SMTP” may need switching on for this mailbox in the Microsoft 365 admin center (Users → info@saphyrecloud.com → Mail → Email apps).
